There is a large bed in the middle of the room.

Flat 203 is the largest of the four Flats. In the master bedroom there is a queen size bed with cable TV, large walk-in closet, and tub/shower. In the second bedroom, there is a queen size bed. Second bathroom is a 3/4 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).


Kitchen is wonderfully appointed, with solid wood cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and gas stove. Treat yourself to a wonderful cooking experience! Coffee pot and coffee are provided.


Family room has a full size sofa sleeper, additional chairs for gathering and a dinning room table. All linens are Jennifer Adams and they will not disappoint.



*Bonus* Laundry room with full size Washer/Dryer.

Cancellations

Cancel up to 24 hours before check-in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check-in and within 48 hours of booking.



15% discount on weekly stays. 20% discount on monthly stays. $50 cleaning fee. 

Located on the south end of Astoria in the Historic Fisher Bro’s Building.


Walking distance to 4 brew pubs and over 10 restaurants.


Trolly picks up in front of the building. A must do activity. A quick educational tour of all the boardwalk has to offer.


Feeling energetic take the 20 min 3/4 of mile walk to the historic Astoria Column. The view is well worth the climb. Stop at the Astoria Coffee house on your way back down the hill.
